A flat rate of $30.00 per person will be charged for half day and full day charters. Our standard flat rate includes all snacks, a nice meal, dessert and beverages. Additional charges will be be assessed on wines, champagne, special food items like caviar, escargot,etc.
Sunset sails and whale watching cruises (2 hour sails), will be charged $15.00 per person. These charters include a fruit or veggie tray, other snacks items and drinks. Additional charges will be be assessed on special requests for liquor.

- Mahi Mahi Sandwich
Mahi Mahi filet, sautéed and set between a freshly baked taro bun. Accompanied by lettuce tomato, and Maui onion. Served with our famous potato/macaroni salad and Molokai sweet potato chips.
- Seafood Caesar
Fresh crisp romaine lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, fresh croutons and our special Caesar dressing, topped with choice of Mahi Mahi or Shrimp
Dinner
- Island Fish Kabobs
Seared Ahi and Jumbo Shrimp, prepared as a pair with fresh Island vegetables. Served with rice and taro dinner rolls.
- Molokai Stir Fry
Fresh Ahi and Jumbo Shrimp. Sauteed in garlic butter with Island
Vegetable. Served on a bed of rice & island greens.
- Yellow Fin Tuna Linguini
Garlic Sauteed Ahi on a bed of linguini noodles, served with a side salad w/ wasabi dressing and taro dinner rolls
- Fish Tacos
Mahi Mahi sauteed in our special pacifica sauce, topped with shredded
lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheese. Folded in soft flour tortillas,
served as a pair with refried beans and spanish rice.
